• Licenses are granted for use by the customer or the end user designated at the time of purchase.
• Licenses may be purchased on behalf of an end customer by third parties such as procurement service providers, system integrators, or engineering firms. In such cases, the license must be assigned to a specific end user or entity and may not be held for general resale or redistribution.
• The original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring compliance with these terms until the license is activated by the end user.

• These terms are governed by Spanish law.
• For any dispute, the courts of Valencia, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Export Control and Restricted Territories
The customer agrees to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations of the European Union and any applicable national regulations.
It is strictly prohibited to resell, export, re-export, transfer, or make available any software products provided by ACKERMANN AUTOMATION SL to countries or regions subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions, including but not limited to Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, and the Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine.
By purchasing or using the software, the customer confirms that:
• They are not located in a prohibited jurisdiction.
• They are not listed on any EU or international sanctions list (e.g., EU Consolidated List, OFAC SDN List).
• They will not distribute the software to such entities or countries, directly or indirectly.
• Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of the license, without refund, and may be reported to competent authorities.
